When we booked on-line, we weren't exactly sure what to expect even though we read what the Hotel had to offer and the reviews that had been given by others.

We found the Hotel Plaza to be first class!

The staff was helpful in all areas, rooms spacious and clean.

Loved the size of the bathroom and the LONG tubs they offered (husband loved to soak in it).

The convenience of the Train being across the street and only two stops to Venice made coming and going so easy!

When we had to go to the airport at 4:30 in the morning the Staff there arranged for our transportation.

We thought they had called the Taxi company but instead they arranged for a private vehicle (Black Mercedes) to pick us up at the same cost of a public Taxi.

So not only did the Plaza Hotel make you feel extra special while staying at their Hotel, they continued it all the way to airport!!!

We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a top notch place to stay at resonable prices!!!

Aunque solo me quede una noche, fue lo suficiente para conocer el buen servicio, yo y mi familia quedamos encantados por el servicio general y con gusto volveriamos al hotel, las habitaciones muy nuevas, modernas y sobretodo limpias y los cuartos de baños implecables y con gran amplitud.
