1.    Can I book online?
       Of course you can! Just put your arrival and departure dates on
       the calendars and check our availability and rates! We also guarantee
       you the best price on the web: it means if you find a better rate 
       we will get 20% off!

2.    Do I have to give my credit card details?
       Yes, your credit card details (number and exp date) are necessary
       for finalizing your reservation.

3.    Is pre-payment required?
      Just in the case you choose an Early-booking, Not Refundable rate.
      If you book a regular rate with no particular restrictions the credit card
      you give will be used just as guarantee!

4.    Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
       Yes! We will send your confirmation of booking to the e-mail
       address you used making the reservation!

5.    How can I cancel my reservation?
       Do like if you were checking a new availability. At the end of the page
       showing all rates available there is a button saying “other options”.
       Then click on “Cancel Reservation” and insert your booking confirmation
       code. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via e-mail.

6.    What is your cancellation policy?
       Our cancellation policy is specified in your reservation form!

7.    Is breakfast included in your room rates?
       Always included!

8.    Are taxes included in your room rates?
       Yes, 10% service tax is included in our rates!

9.    Are there reductions for children?
       Yes, one child between 0 and 12 years old do not pay
       if sharing with parents!

10.   Depending of what do your rates change?
        Depending on the season for sure, but also on the availability and
        the kind of request we have on a certain date!
